This presentation will focus on the importance of using all available means of discovery to provide your client the greatest chance for success in litigation. It will cover California Penal Code §1054 et seq., as well as California Code of Civil Procedure. The presentation will focus on using discovery to establish the "theme" of your case and ultimately lead to PowerPoint presentations in opening and closing of trial.

The Law offices of Michael A. Scafiddi are located in San Bernardino. A former police officer and police sergeant, Mr. Scafiddi was personally involved as an investigator in over 2,000 arrests for DUI in 1980’s and 90’s, and investigated a wide range of criminal cases from child abuse to robbery to carjacking. In 1981, Mr. Scafiddi was designated a gang expert by the Superior Courts of the State of California. Mr. Scafiddi has testified over 150 times as a gang expert. Michael Scafiddi now focuses his practice on all forms of Criminal Defense.
