Mr. Moffitt - A Peek Behind the Curtain: What the Court Really Thinks About Your Law and Motion

Mr. Moffitt, a partner in the San Bernardino office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP, will present insight into Court perceptions of submitted law and motions. 

Mr. Moffitt has extensive experience in representing physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and residential care facilities in professional malpractice and elder abuse actions. In addition to his extensive experience in defending elder abuse and medical malpractice actions, Mr. Moffitt has also served as a Superior Court staff research attorney and appellate division attorney, where he reviewed and researched thousands of law and motion matters and drafted rulings for the civil judges, and researched and drafted appellate opinions in civil and criminal matters.
