This presentation by attorney Christopher A. Shumate will touch on the changes and updates in Estate Planning strategies, as well as an overview of the cornerstones of Trust Administration, including the proper form of Trustee's Notification, Accounting and Report of Trustee requirements, and utilization of the Paralegal in the process.
Christopher A. Shumate is a partner at Albrektson & Shumate LLP. Since 2008, Chris has been providing services in the areas of Estate Planning, Small Business Planning, Probate, Estate Litigation, and Bankruptcy. Prior to 2008, Chris served as a Deputy District Attorney for Riverside County, taking numerous cases to jury trial, and handling preliminary hearings and motions involving hundreds of criminal cases.
